Ignite Life Coaching is the one-on-one life coaching practice of Kookaburra Collective LLC, Seattle, WA ("we"), and a trade name of the LLC. Contact: scotty [at] ignitelife.coach. More about the company at kookaburracollective.com.
What this website collects
- Google Analytics 4 (G-GR9M07XNDM) uses cookies to collect the pages you visit, your device and browser, and your approximate location. We use it only to understand how the site is used.
- The Calendly booking scheduler collects your name, email and your answers to its questions. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that information.
- When you email us, we keep the correspondence.
If you become a client
Coaching client information is kept in our client portal: intake answers, check-in responses, your coaching agreement, scheduling, tasks and payment status. The portal is Atlas (ignitecoaching.app), which Kookaburra Collective also makes. Stripe processes card payments; we never see full card numbers.
Text messages (SMS)
- We text clients only after they opt in, in the client portal.
- We keep the client's mobile number, when and how they opted in, the texts we send, and any STOP, START or HELP replies.
- Mobile numbers and text message opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They are shared only with the providers that deliver our texts: Atlas (our client portal) and Twilio (the carrier gateway).

How we use information
To provide and schedule coaching, to communicate with you, and to improve the site. We don't sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
We keep records while you're a client, and afterwards as needed for legal and accounting reasons. You can ask us by email to see, correct or delete your information. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
Children
Our site and services are not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We update the effective date above when this policy changes.
